3. Our Contract
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched. Ownership of the products remains with Glam Your Skin until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if payment is not authorised, if stock is unavailable, or if fraud prevention checks raise concerns. Orders may also be temporarily held for security verification.
4. Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification
To protect both our customers and our business, we may carry out fraud prevention and identity verification checks. This may involve sharing limited personal data with trusted third-party providers or fraud prevention agencies, in full compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
5. Deliveries
We aim to deliver all products within 30 days of the Order Confirmation Email. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions.
For customers within the European Union, the risk of loss passes once the products are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. For customers outside the European Union, the risk of loss passes once the order is delivered to the carrier.
Delivery is deemed successfully completed when the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the customer and accepted by any person present at that address, including household members, relatives, cohabitants, employees, building reception staff, or authorised third parties. Carrier delivery confirmation, including signature by a third party, constitutes valid proof of delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate, complete, and secure, and that a trusted person is available to receive the shipment. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, any refund issued will apply only to the value of the returned products. Original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly through this Website. You must notify us before returning any items and follow the return instructions provided.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed only after the returned goods are received and inspected. Shipping fees, transaction fees, and dispute-related charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For returns within the European Union, and for the customer’s convenience, we may offer collection of the returned goods through our designated carrier, subject to the customer’s prior agreement. Any applicable return shipping cost will be communicated in advance. Collection will proceed only upon the customer’s explicit consent. Where agreed, such costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
This section applies in addition to our Returns & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us in writing at [email protected] and following our resolution procedure.
If a dispute or chargeback is raised at any stage of the order process, including before dispatch, during transit, or after confirmed delivery, the customer is required to follow our resolution procedure. Where goods are delivered following a dispute, they shall be deemed delivered but unpaid until the matter is fully resolved. We reserve the right to request the return of the goods prior to issuing any refund or to require settlement of the outstanding amount.
8. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer. Glam Your Skin has no control over these charges, and customs authorities may inspect cross-border shipments.
For US customers, all applicable customs fees are displayed and prepaid at checkout, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery. Flammable products, such as perfumes, may be shipped only via standard postal services and may still be subject to customs charges upon arrival.
9. Pricing & Availability
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and are displayed at checkout.
Product availability is shown on individual product pages but may change without notice. In rare cases of pricing errors, if the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we may contact you prior to dispatch or cancel the order.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glam Your Skin disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products.

In cases involving unpaid delivered goods, payment disputes, or chargebacks, Glam Your Skin may pursue recovery through the appropriate legal or administrative procedures before the competent courts or authorities, including:

13. Miscellaneous
Providing false information or using invalid payment details constitutes a criminal offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Product images are indicative and subject to manufacturer availability. Glam Your Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
