Your order will only be accepted, and a legally binding contract will be formed, when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched (the Order Confirmation Email).

  • Ownership of the products remains with Glam Your Skin until full payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if payment is not authorised, if stock is unavailable, or if fraud screening raises concerns.

  • Orders may be temporarily held for security checks before shipping.

4. Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

We may use fraud prevention and identity verification checks to protect both customers and our business. This may involve sharing necessary personal information (such as name, address, and payment details) with trusted third-party providers or fraud prevention agencies. These checks are carried out in compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.

5. Deliveries

  • We aim to deliver all products within 30 days of your Order Confirmation Email.

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) or adverse weather conditions.

  • EU Customers: Risk of loss passes once products are delivered to your address.

  • Non-EU Customers: Risk of loss passes once the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • If your order does not arrive within the specified timescales, please first check with your local delivery office. If unresolved, contact us at info@glamyourskin.com.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through this Website.

  • You must notify us before returning any items.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees, transaction fees, and dispute charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds may be withheld or reduced if returned goods are damaged due to lack of reasonable care.

  • We recommend using an insured parcel service when returning goods.

7. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer. Glam Your Skin has no control over these charges. Cross-border shipments may also be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

For US customers, all applicable customs fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and prepaid at the time of purchase. This ensures there will be no unexpected charges upon delivery and no delays in receiving your order.

The only exception to this policy applies to flammable products (e.g. perfumes), which must be shipped via standard postal services. In such cases, customs charges may still apply upon arrival.

8. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT (unless otherwise specified).

  • Delivery charges are additional and displayed at checkout.

  • Availability information is shown on product pages but may change without notice.

  • In rare cases of pricing errors:

    • If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower price.

    • If the correct price is higher, we may contact you before shipping or cancel your order.
