Onypso is a nail polish with a 15% urea content and is the only treatment for nail psoriasis. After applying the nail polish on the nails, due to evaporation, the urea concentration reaches up to 50%, and breaks the hydrogen bonds of the keratin in the nail and softens it. Clinical studies have shown that after 6 months of daily treatment with Onypso, patients have seen visible results.
