Remove a strip of single-dose packs from a pouch and remove a dose. Instill Hylopan into the conjunctival sac of the eye. To open a single-dose package, twist the top part of the package cap. Tilt the head back slightly, look up and pull the lower eyelid slightly away from the eye.
