DELIVERY

All products are delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from your Order Confirmation Email, depending on the chosen shipping method.

We currently offer two delivery options:

  • Standard Postal Service: Delivery within up to 30 calendar days. Final delivery is handled by the local postal carrier in your area.

  • DHL Express: Delivery within up to 15 calendar days, offering a faster and more secure service.

Most shipments are trackable, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • EU Customers: Risk of loss passes once the products are delivered to your address.

  • Non-EU Customers: Risk of loss passes once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer. Glam Your Skin has no control over these charges. Cross-border shipments may also be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

For US customers, all applicable customs fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and prepaid at the time of purchase. This ensures there will be no unexpected charges upon delivery and no delays in receiving your order.

The only exception to this policy applies to flammable products (e.g. perfumes), which must be shipped via standard postal services. In such cases, customs charges may still apply upon arrival.

⚠️ Important: For customers in Norway, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, customs duties may apply when choosing DHL Express as the delivery method.
